Approximately 41% of women experience female orgasm disorder (FOD), a statistic that has remained unchanged for 50 years. Despite this, confirmed treatments are scarce. Research has suggested cannabis as a possible remedy for female sexual disorders for over five decades.
Nonetheless, a review found no studies assessing cannabis as a treatment for FOD, nor any that compared women with and without the disorder. This study is the first to evaluate cannabis specifically as a treatment for FOD.
This observational study analyzed basic information, sexual habits, mental health, cannabis use, and orgasm metrics from the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI), measuring the frequency, satisfaction, and ease of achieving orgasms, both with and without cannabis prior to partnered sex.
Results
Survey Response Analysis

Impact of Cannabis Use on Orgasm Experience
